Preferably, the patient is asked for 48 hours of absolute rest to avoid edema (inflammation).
The application of BOTOX is painless because it is done with very small and thin needles as well as the application of Hyaluronic Acid. In addition, Hyaluronic Acid contains lidocaine to block nerve endings in the area.
